We’re so excited to announce this is our 100th article. We started early last year and have already generated 100 articles on many different topics. It is safe to say we would not be where we are today without the love and support of our contributors, so we wanted to take this article to highlight some of these contributors.
Eli Alcorn
Our number one performing blog from 2020 was DIY Projects that May Prevent an Insurance Claim. Eli’s article brought in an astounding 60 page views since it was published in late July.
Eli is the owner of Oak City Insurance. He’s our go to guy for homeowners’ insurance needs.
Steven Winegar, NMLS #: 1476135
No post about our top contributors would be complete without praising Steven Winegar’s efforts. Steven has provided our readers with 6 articles from Private Mortgage Insurance to Renovation Mortgages. I’ve personally learned a lot of information from his articles.
Steven is our mortgage expert. Primarily dealing with mortgages, I’ve personally called him about a mortgage issue. Steven gave me with a wealth of information and connections to move forward.
Dominic Abbenante
Dominic is a friend of ours who is also an expert in lighting. He was the a professor of Lighting Design and Media Design for Theater at UNC Chapel Hill. Fortunately for us, he has volunteered a couple of articles to help our readers out.
Scott Bloomer
Scott Bloomer is the owner of Color World Housepainting in Raleigh. His article on whether you should paint a room yourself or hire a professional was straightforward and great information for our readers. It is good to get a professional’s viewpoint on which rooms are easiest to paint yourself. However, if you ask me, any room with a ceiling should be left to the pros!
Stuart Shefter
I didn’t warn him I was doing this, but I want to give a special thank you to my business partner, Stuart Shefter. His hardworking, open-minded, and critical thinking nature helps push me to work harder.
For those who haven’t met him, Stuart is one of those people you don’t know how you got by without knowing for so long. I’m unsure what kind of magical spell he casts, but he warms every room, despite always bringing ice to a party.
If it weren’t for him, I certainly would not have put as much effort into the articles, videos, and social media posts I run. I greatly appreciate all that he brings to our business and look forward to continuing to work with him!
More Articles to Come
We started with 1 article a week. Now, we’re publishing around 4 per week and usually at least one video. This wonderful acceleration has been possible thanks to our contributors and our readers. If there’s anything you’re looking to learn, please let us know. We have a group of professionals who are all incredibly helpful people. Furthermore, Stuart and I don’t mind rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty.
With the world on the brink of opening back up, we look forward to the possibilities ahead. You might start to see some articles or videos with both Stuart and Richard in them!
If you’re still reading this, we especially want to thank you. We wouldn’t be anywhere without our readers. You’re why we do this. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
